In terms of circulation, the top newspapers in Manila are the Philippine Star, Philippine Daily Inquirer, Manila Bulletin, Manila Standard Today, Manila Times, Malaya, Sun Star, Tribune, BusinessWorld, and BusinessMirror.

Old newspapers such as Manila Chronicle, Herald, Examiner, Diario Filipino, Today, Daily Globe, and Philippine Journal have stopped printing.

Major news networks are ABS-CBN channel 2, GMA 7, TV 5, Q TV 11, Studio 23, and the government stations of NBN 4, RPN 9 and IBC 13. 

ANC Channel is a cable news channel that broadcasts news 24 hours a day.
